Ohio Summer Camps 2024

For ages 6-14 years old. All camps include a 3-course meal prepared by the young chefs as well as a recipe packet. Each student will learn:

how to incorporate spices and herbs tastefully

gardening maintenance

kitchen clean up basics

JUNE:
Whimsical Cake & Cupcakes- Camping Cakes: June 11-13th OR June 18-20nd, 10:30am-1:30pm; Young bakers will be making Homemade Cakes using a variety of frostings and fondant while creating them into a winter theme. *Bakers will need to pack a lunch for each class.
Recipes from the South: June 25-27th, 10:30am-1:30pm; Young chefs will be making classic southern recipes to include Cheesy Biscuits, Chicken Fried Steak, Classic Lemon Pie and more.

JULY:
Recipes from the South: July 9-11th, 10:30am-1:30pm; Young chefs will be making classic southern recipes to include Cheesy Biscuits, Chicken Fried Steak, Classic Lemon Pie and more.
Backyard Grilling + Craft: July 16-18th OR 23-25th, 10:30am-1:30pm; Young chefs will be grilling a variety of tasty recipes in the backyard grill. Recipes to include Taco Burgers, Grilled Corn on the Cob, BBQ Chicken, and Chocolatey Smore’s Pizza.

AUGUST:

Cook Like a European from the Garden + Harvesting: August 6-8th OR 13-15th, 10:30am-1:30pm; Young chefs will be a creating dishes from Puerto Rico, Italy and Spain using garden ingredients. Recipes to include: Beef and Cheese Empanadas, Marinara Sauce, Homemade Pasta, Sweet Plantains, and more.
