For ages 6-14 years old. All camps include a 3-course meal prepared by the young chefs as well as a recipe packet. Each student will learn:

proper knife skills

safe cooking methods

how to incorporate spices and herbs tastefully

gardening maintenance

kitchen clean up basics

JUNE:
French Pastry- Sweet and Savory: June 14-16h, 10:30am-1:30pm; Young chefs will be making a variety of pastries including Mini Genoise (sponge cake) with Chocolate Ganache and Pastry Cream, Chocolate Eclairs and more..

Whimsical Cupcakes and Sugar Cookies- Under The Sea: June 28-30th, 10:30am-1:30pm; Young Bakers will be creating cupcakes and cutout cookies using a variety of frostings and fondant. *Bakers will need to pack a lunch for each class.

JULY:
Whimsical Cupcakes and Sugar Cookies- Under The Sea: July 12-14th, 10:30am-1:30pm; Young Bakers will be creating cupcakes and cutout cookies using a variety of frostings and fondant. *Bakers will need to pack a lunch for each class.
Sammiches, Salads and Sweets- July 26-28th, 10:30am-1:30pm; Young chefs will be a making a variety of hot sammiches, fun salads and ice cream treats including Honey Chicken and Italian Grilled Cheese Sandwiches, and Ice Cream Sandwiches.

Sammiches, Salads and Sweets- August 2-4th, 10:30am-1:30pm; Young chefs will be a making a variety of hot sammiches, fun salads and ice cream treats including Honey Chicken and Italian Grilled Cheese Sandwiches, and Ice Cream Sandwiches.
Cook Like an Italian from the Garden + Harvesting: August 16-18th, 10:30am-1:30pm; Young chefs will be a making various pasta dishes making sauces from garden ingredients, Chocolate Lasagna, Chip Mint Gelato and canning Marinara Sauce.
