Halloween Party Food- One Day Class 

Menu: A Variety of fun and spooky appetizers and a dessert.  Cost: $25+15 supplies; Thur. Oct. 17th 4:30-6:30pm

 

Owl and Spider Cupcakes- One Day Class

Menu: Red Velvet Cupcakes decorated into creepy cupcake designs.  Cost: $25+15 supplies; Wed. Oct. 24th, 4:30-6:30pm

 

Dinner and A Craft- One Day Class

Menu: Chicken Tortilla Soup with Homemade Peanut Butter Cups and a Craft.  Cost: $25+15 supplies; Thurs. Nov. 7th OR Thur. Nov. 14th, 4:30-6:30pm

 

Holiday Cookies and Party Appetizers- One Day Class

Menu: Peppermint Meltaways and Chocolate Rugelach Pastries + Cranberry Pinwheels and Chicken Herb Crostini

Cost: $25 + $15 supplies; Wed., Dec. 4th or Tues. Dec. 10th, 4:30-6:30pm

French Sauces- One Day Class

Menu: Sauteed Chicken with Veloute Sauce, Baked Macaroni with Bechamel Sauce, and Hollandaise Sauce

over Poached Eggs and Sourdough. Cost: $35+15 supplies; Weds. Oct. 2nd, 12-2pm

 

Holiday Baking- One Day Class

Menu: Soft Yeast Rolls and Banana Cream + French Silk Pie

Cost: $45+15 supplies; Weds. Dec. 18th, 11am-2pm

Hearty Soups and Biscuits- One Day Class

Menu: Italian Wedding Soup and Butternut Squash Soup with Homemade Cheesy Biscuits

 Winter Break Camp 2024

Cozy Breakfasts: Winter Cooking Camp- 2 Day Camp

Menu: Classics including Sweet Crepes with Berries, Omelet for One, Eggs Benedict- Latin style and Chocolate Waffles.

Cost: $75+25 supplies; Mon & Tues, Dec. 23 & 24, 10:30am-1:30pm

 

Snowflake Cakes & Cookies: Winter Cooking Camp- 2 Day Camp

Menu: Bakers will be making Sugar Cookies and Beautiful Snowflake Cakes using Buttercream, Fondant, and White Chocolate.

 Cost: $75+25 supplies; Thur and Fri, Jan 2 & 3rd, 10:30-1:30pm
